Pros

Flexibility of managing your own schedule is paramount. You do get a lot of PTO if you have been there a while and not having to be in a brick and mortar office every day is nice. Decent benefits.

Cons

Terrible management teams. Always putting blame on the sales groups, the people that keep the offices nation wide going. Pay if awful for what you have to do day to day. No compensation for travel, no base salary, no phone or car allowance. Plan to pay for EVERYTHING out of pocket and hope you make plenty of money to cover expenses. Also, ever changing compensation plans to nickel and dime sales reps out of money. Huge amounts of turnover because pay is so anemic.

Good co workers (technicians) and a take home truck.

Cons

Management is terrible, incompetent and has a complete lack of accountability. No growth opportunities within the company. The pay is terrible and the yearly raise is a joke (literally pennies). Not worth the stress.
