      Pros

      You will be so busy that the time will fly by. Upper management says they want to have feedback from employees and want to make improvements. The AZ office is located in a good spot in Tempe.

      Cons

      With the ownership changes the future of the company is uncertain. No performance based raises. Company picnic- only if you work at PA location. Not many internal job postings or opportunities for advancement. Some lackadaisical management members at Tempe location can be frustrating. High turnover.

      Great benefits and awesome team mates.

      Cons

      Guardian management has taken a blind eye to gossip, intimidation and most recently a decline in pay structure (all from management). Management acts as if they are on "your side" but gossips about you to fellow employees behind your back. Upper management did nothing to remedy the situation and because of this, 5 employees resigned within 5 days. Guardian Charlotte has the potential of being a great branch, but until the toxic instigators are removed, it won't happen.

      Technicians and Sales personnel great to work with

      Cons

      Small branch to out of state corporate office, entrenched longtime personnel with no current or new vision, 20th century technology in use and happy with it, no modern day time sheets, i.e. retail time clock, benefits are average or below industry or private company average
