Good Benefits from day 1. Ability to transfer to Arizona if you are so inclined to move from PA.

Cons

Unlike most companies which give you to the end of the month, Benefits are terminated immediately upon your leave from company. Heavy employee turnover.

Medium sized company allows for less red tape. Less talk and more doing. Great leadership team actively scouts the industry for additional talent and technology.

Cons

Processes and procedures just becoming current. Business managers and directors slow to change. Odd relationship with parent company. Smaller staff means sharing more responsibilities that may fall outside of your job function.

Stable, Monday-Friday, business hours job. Great people (with the exception of a few) Steady work load, never overwhelming

Cons

No opportunities for advancement for a branch-level Administrative Support worker. Some company higher-ups don't understand what happens at the branch level, but feel like making changes that they feel will help (but generally do the exact opposite.)
