Pros

Employees are nice, some supervisors too

Cons

Terrible management, the expectation are not doable, very stressful environment, micromanaging, dealing with angry customers all the time, they keep adding more and more work with same pay, no room for improvement. I would not recommend this company for any customers, terrible quality on products, they hold you to contracts and wold not recommend for anyone to work here.

Good Job

Pros

Pay rate is very good, plenty of over time. Good benefits and flexible hours.

Cons

Forced lunch breaks cause schedule conflict, often causing missed appointments or cancellations. No time given to clean or organize vehicle, they use our homes as their remote warehouse, and they take an hour out for travel. Constant procedural changes giving techs more work with same pay. Extremely bad IT support and lap tops or tablets not intended for commercial use constantly failing. Company focuses more on a techs personality rather than ability ( many inexperienced techs). Required to work 9.5 hours to get paid 8 ( 30 minutes travel deducted in a.m. and p.m. travel ). Many support departments treat techs like subordinates and are adversarial, inventory system is a mess too.

Pros

Benefits from day 1 and a company iPad

Cons

I was a "Security and Technology Consultant" which is just a cute name for sales rep. The company is like a flag blowing in the wind trying to determine what direction they want to go. You will be expected to work 9am-7pm daily and every weekend with no salary. You are a door to door salesmen 75% of the time. With Guardian's prices much higher than competitors it makes the job that much harder. I wouldn't recommend this job to 1 person no matter your circumstance or experience.
