Pros

Guardian has historically provided secure employment to employees who "toe the line." The continuation of this trend will be dependent upon whether the business's historical revenue trend is sustained.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement do no exist in most departments. Even if openings for higher positions do exist, Guardian rarely promotes from within. Annual raises are paltry.

Pros

Nice facility, standard benefits, semi-flexible work hours, ample parking, close proximity to retail establishments, restaurants, gas stations, banking etc.

Cons

Depending upon department, favoritism plays a huge role. Unsympathetic to legitimate family hardships, reward nonperformers, 100% delegation with 0% credit
