      -Great pto -decent benefits and comp

      Cons

      -misalignment in everyday HQ to the US -lack of interest in growing a presence in the market to be known and refuse to put the resources in to do so -constant restructuring -poor leadership and direction from SLT -constant organizational hiccups with growth initiatives but yet have no clue how to successfully do so

      People are nice, office is modern and comfortable

      Cons

      After several years of hard and passionate work I found that my manager is not interested in my career growth, no promotion for me. So it is just a comfortable swamp with a low-side-average salary.
