Lots of learning opportunities, though you likely won’t get paid for them. Great resume builder though

Cons

You will be worked well outside your pay grade, handed projects, and told you’re doing a good job until the day they terminate you without warning. Management is pushing numbers while pretending to value quality. Leaders are handed broken systems without support to fix them, then fired when the systems remain broken.

French Management doesn't understand US Teams processes Injector Business is not doing well, cut US Engineering team. Medical Device division has only shrunk over time.
