      This place is a joke. For an FDA regulated place I can't believe they are open. The FDA needs to send a team there camp out and DIG. Place observers everywhere. The non compliance is deep. The little lightweight audit they do every so often is a joke, laughable really. This is site in Raleigh NC I am talking about. former Mallencrodt when the sold to Guerbet they saw Guerbet coming they papered over the bad parts and sold a bill of goods. If Guerbet wants to keep this place open (and I can't see why) they need to send their own team in take over and instill THEIR culture in that place.

      Don't Put Your Heart into It

      Pros

      Fantastic compensation, fantastic hours, paid holidays off, and great vacation time.

      Cons

      Cut throat, poor management, it's okay for the Field Service Engineers to treat their dispatchers with disrespect and constantly curse them out, harass them over text message. They will not pay over time, even if you are a salaried employee, the contract department (who is not management) will tell you to bring in a doctors note for an operation, even though she has no authority to ask for it, then will say she doesn't believe that you must have surgery and that you're taking off to party. Talk about illegal, huh. If you're on-time, great, But you can be late and they won't bat an eye. Nothing that you do will not be appreciated. No one will care what happens to you. They will not celebrate your birthday, your work anniversary. Everything is hush, hush.

      Success at Guerbet is dependent on Friendships not Skills, Ethics or Performance!

      Pros

      Restaurant in building, double monitors, lots of windows, headphones allowed to tune out annoying co-workers and managers that talk about how smart they are all day! Good vacation accrual and mediocre health insurance.

      Cons

      Terrible software for industry. Employees from Mallinckrodt act superior and make others feel incompetent. Training is minimal and standard procedures is non-existent. Human Resources is a Joke!
