Pros

Operations personnel are great to work with and dedicated. Lots of operators with great ideas; just needs to be fostered Strong experience at staff level

Cons

Site leadership is extremely disengaged; not willing to face the real issues Too many hidden agendas Limited collaboration and teamwork No focus on employee development Not allowed to think on your own; thoughts and ideas are dictated Control is limited to specific individuals

Pros

Guerbet has gone through a major acquisition of the Cmds business and it is a very interesting environment for people who want to learn new things and be a part of a very interesting journey. Due to the growth and merge of the two businesses there are a lot of development opportunities and employees can take responsibility for there own work. The environment is friendly and open. They invest in talent and care about people

Cons

Due to the increase in size processes are not always clear and well organised- however they are making clear efforts to improve in it.

Pros

Very nice colleagues- supportive and genuine (very few, if any, backstabber types). Many of them ended up here by default after being laid off by previous employers.

Cons

Below average compensation. Poorly structured comp plan. Little to no bonus pay out. A lot of "busy work" (wild guess forecasting, CRM, trackers, blue sheets, etc). No name recognition at all of the company or products in accounts. No opportunities for advancement.
