Discount 50%, Fun talking with customers, flexible hours, long shifts (but on average only 2 shifts a week)

Cons

My experience at Guess by Marciano was dissatisfying. I believe that we were paid commission based but I never received any sort of commission, very cheap and pathetic thing to do to your employees upper management! I would only recommend this as a short term answer to your unemployment if your thinking about working here.

Cons

Salaries for senior associates and senior management employees may be low compared to economic standards in some cities. A company of such structure is in a position where they should consider increasing salaries.
