Pros

Coworkers are awesome Well most of them are. Nothing else.

Cons

Favoritism, lazy coworkers get rewarded, they take your hours without telling you, only 2 people are allowed overtime. But then they try to reward people with overtime if they need something done and don't want to do it themselves. I was threatened by a coworker and management did nothing. There's a man that openly sexually harassed every woman he talks to and the management does nothing. The cafeteria at FSC is filthy and barely passed inspection. Rats and mold everywhere.

You get to work in beautiful places in National Parks, but that's about it

Cons

No accountability. Management treats you terribly and overworks you and you just have to put up with it.
