Pros

This company has many locations.

Cons

The cons of this company is the environment. And honestly, this review is more about the employees rather than the company itself. The company boasts about "doing the right thing," externally to the public and internally to its' employees. However, in my experience, the company needs to do a better job at hiring people who reflect these values and instills these values in their professional lives.

Okay company to work for but for the same pay any big box or grocery will pay the same with breaks for food or bathroom.

Glorified janitor job in disguise.

GSI has quite a few different niches in National Park, State Park, Marina, Sr. Housing, Condo's and Hotels. Very good experience for your career.

Cons

Internal job openings, not many chances to move from within.
