Small enough to not feel like a number, leadership is transparent and wants you to grow with the company, salary and bonus structure, 401K

Pros

The people I worked with were great, I loved the management and my co-workers.

Cons

The specific location I worked at presented several challenges. The guests wanted help with issues in their homes, and that is something that the front desk agents cannot help with, so saying no to guests who were obviously distraught was really tough.
