Pros

Nice working environment cause your at home paid holidays are nice until you find out your schedule is shortened PTO days accumulate so thats good

Cons

Management well there are always the Good and the not so good the pay SUCKS especially when seeing their ads and you dont make that at all about $2 shy per hour. No more bonuses. No commissions and they like to add more and more properties to your list of properties without giving you more pay. Lots to remember and ever changing events and pricing Working holidays while other offices that do the same are closed

Great growth, bonus structure, benefits and small enough of a company to make you feel known and valued. Perks also include discounts at the national parks and resorts that are under contract with them.

Cons

50 hour work weeks are the normal which is typical in most positions at this type of company. If you want to relocate, there are not many opportunities for GMs in all states or cities.
