Discounts at other properties, health benefits

Cons

Everything else. Top mgmt claims they care about their people, but in reality, you're just another number. Hard work is not recognized or rewarded. Did not get the bonus as stated on offer letter, with no explanation as to why or why not when my review was "above satisfactory performance".

Great first job for a teenager and/or college student. Get to see the memorial on a daily basis

Cons

Great Pay, but short hours. Have to take the metro to get there because he traffic is hectic
