Pros

Lots of room to grow -- company hires from within. Benefits are great. Discounts at other locations. Opportunities for overtime pay working special events.

Cons

If an employee doesn't show up, it adds to your already full workload. Employees generally have a fair amount of daily tasks assigned to begin with. When someone doesn't show up, that workload falls on everyone else.

There is lots of room for advancement! If you work hard and show interest there are many opportunities to move up or transfer to other locations.

Cons

Remote locations can cause some lack of cohesion between staff and corporate management.
