Pros

Great health care benefits and lunch is provided everyday by the company. The work environment is easy and a good feel to work

Cons

No much for salary if you don't negotiate a good amount when getting hire there won't be much on raise. The IT department isn't big so there isn't much room for growth.

Get full time hours, 8 hours a day with a 30 min unpaid lunch. Off on weekends. Eat lunch for free.

Cons

Good for someone that's just starting out. No room for advancement & growth. Not paid enough for all the hard work you perform.
