Pros

I enjoyed being on-site and working directly with the residents. The job responsibilities were varied and interesting.

Cons

Unscrupulous property manager. Low pay increases. Any bonus/holiday gift came from clients; not from Guest Services. To transfer to another property, you had to get permission from your current manager. Strange policy.

Pros

Very flexible. Museum staff & guests are wonderful. Event team is really fun & ran well by the event coordinator.

Cons

Horrible management in the cafe. Low standard of cleanliness from staff, no quality checks by management. Not a good place for someone who values quality. There are no employee reviews & raises are unheard of. High turn over. Lazy, snotty, clicky staff.
