Pros

A lot of tenure yet also lots of new blood. Great learning experience for someone at the beginning of their career. They are pretty flexible about working from home. Some really great people who truly care about what they do. Sysco benefits and 401k matching up to 6%.

Cons

PTO policy could use help (only 12 days off to start - that includes vacation and sick). Very corporate, structured feel. Higher ups really care too much about image (professional dress code). People walk on eggshells when executives are around.

Great culture, management team cares about all associates, high integrity, customer centric organization, good pay and benefits, corporate HQ recently moved to an outstanding facility.

Cons

No real cons. The company has grown substantially over the past 7 years. How will the culture change as members are added to the management team?

No overtime, Weekends off, holidays paid off. Good medical and dental.

Cons

Your always replaceable. At the end of the day you are just as good as your numbers. The amount of years you put in doesnt matter. Also they are cutting pay for new employees
