I loved this company and this job. I truly regret that I left. This is a company where you can definitely establish a long-term career, earn great pay and retire.

Cons

There is a lot of autonomy, and while that has many benefits, it would be more effective if there was better anymore frequent communication between national and field sales.

Good environment, good working place. Nice people work there. I think I can learn a lot from the colleges and the boss.

Cons

The LA office is going to relocate to its HQ, which is in NJ. I think this maybe cause some trouble.
