Growing, Stable being owned by Sysco Foods, but allowed to operate independently. Good 401k.

Cons

Top level mgt getting more layered- in touch with line level reality? Career growth limited. 100 % commission - good for self driven people but in reality more and more admin tasks taking up sales time.

Growth potential is dependent upon who you know. There are certain department that have good forward thinking managers, and otjers with managers that have been promoted due to tenure and tend to stifle thier subordinates' creativity.
