Pros

The only pro is that their is very little management supervision during the course of your day. As a matter of fact, once you finish the day and a half training they provide, you may never hear from a manager again. If you are a seasoned sales shark, have had success with door to door sales, maybe a quick sales artist, then there is a chance you could earn some cash here. Excellent support staff that makes up for management shortcomings.

Cons

Total cold calling. Antiquated approach to selling an antiquated medium. This is not a job I would recommend for a relationship sales professional. 50% travel, not the 25% that was mentioned during interview, and when you travel they put you up in 2 star motels (at best). Overall, it was hard for me to feel good about asking businesses to invest their advertising dollars in a product I didn't believe in.
