Nothing good about this company!

Cons

Very misleading as far as potential. Not enough business in the territory and do not allow you to build. No set territory. They expect you to travel and do not reimburse travel expenses unless you drive more then 50 miles one way...I could go on and on...

Flexible hours, good place to get experience

Cons

Management doesn't care about you, you can come in one morning to find out your entire desk was moved. The girls in the art department are bitter and spiteful and management encourages this sort of behavior. Management was more than happy for me to write processes and how-to-guides, going above and beyond job expectation and then refusing to pay you when you take vacation days that you rightfully accrued.
