Pros

There aren't any pros worth mentioning

Cons

Company assigns a church to you and you have to take your assignment even if it is with a small church 2 states away! There is little chance of future growth as the company is far behind technology. Management is terrible! Inappropriate and overall used car salesmen (no offense to those making an honest living selling cars!) Compensation is a joke! The good reviews are likely management trying to overcome so many poor reviews.

The owners genuinely try treat their employees and customers fairly. They honor what they say. Flexible work schedule, they give me the opportunity to take care of my family when I need, Friendly work environment. There can be a lot of travel.
