Pros

Remote work from home, with variety of sales assignments changing about every two weeks. Ability to develop your own key accounts across many metro areas across the middle of the USA. GBP is a small partnership so it is easy to communication with coworkers and management.

Cons

100% commission. Print ad sales can be challenging as the target advertisers have limited budgets. Requires a commitment to contacting and recontacting local companies and cultivating new leads from your own research.

Pros

Management is some of the best I have ever worked for. There if you need them but not checking in on you. Gives you praise for a good job. Flexibility and I can work remotely.

Cons

The base pay is low but if you sell it all comes out in the wash.
