Pros

Training- All of the tools needed to be successful are provided Flexibility- The company is flexible with scheduling for the Account Executives Paid Travel and Per Diam Benefits match industry standards Health Benefits and 401K and Profit Sharing available, including Life Insurance

Cons

Here's a shocker- REQUIRES HARD WORK AND EFFORT! Don't bother to think this is a 'Part Time' or 'filler' job. You will be required to work smart, put in the effort and produce results!

Pros

The owners genuinely try treat their employees and customers fairly. They honor what they say. Flexible work schedule, they give me the opportunity to take care of my family when I need, Friendly work environment. Sense of accomplishment, the opportunity to provide a quality service to churches and businesses. They continue to improve their service.

Cons

There can be a lot of travel.

Pros

The time I have worked at Guide Book Publishing I have learned a lot and grown. It is a medium size business with a small business feel. This is a good company to get a entry level start.They are flexible with you and your time. The people you work with our great, which will make you want to work here for a long period of time.

Cons

You will not make much money here, even when you are with the company for a long time. The only way to stay with this company for a long period of time is to have someone else in your household make a significant amount more than you. You may often times feel unappreciated, overworked, and replaceable. There are no awards or structures of appreciation for anyone other then account executives. The technology they use is outdated, which makes communication difficult between the home office and outside account executives.
