Pros

Work flexibility - this is the ONLY pro!

Cons

1. You will not make money with this company. 2. In the year I was with the company I saw at least 20 account executives come and go, I would be willing to bet this is the norm with the company, which is a red flag in itself. 3. You're required to be in a Zoom Friday Conference call that's redundant and a waste of an hour of your selling time, if you could actually sell this product. 4. In order for me to make a living, I had to work night's and weekends to make up for the major shortfall here. 5. You're deceived in the hiring process. This job is 100% commission based. They tell you there's potential to make up to $75,000. I was lucky to make $19,000 in my ten months of employment. They talk about bonuses; I rarely saw any AE make bonus. It's not attainable. 6. Management should really listen to the account executives and consider why there's such a rotating door. In my opinion they just don't care. Management mentions sales techniques from years ago in the weekly meetings that simply don't apply today.
