Pros
I really like the fact that GuidePoint Security fosters a workplace environment that encourages me to challenge myself and build and improve upon my skills. GuidePoint provides the necessary training and mentorship I need to meet my goals and succeed in the company and in the industry. Another great benefit is working remotely. GuidePoint has a great IT department that makes working from home seamless. There are tools in place that make it easy to collaborate, which helps me to feel and be connected at all times. I also like that our company leadership is just a Slack, email, or phone call away to address questions or concerns.
Cons
When I started at the company almost three years ago, internal communication was a challenge. As we've grown, we've put tools and processes in place to bridge that gap.
