Strong company culture - we work hard and are rewarded for it. Consulting is not your typical 9-5 job but the company offers many perks such as remote work and flexibility which is great especially if you have a young family. Interesting projects with clients across a wide array of industries. Very cohesive team which starts from the top down. Always know that I can count on my coworkers, managers, directors and the partners. As with any consulting position the job can get extremely busy at times but this is all relative and balances out with lighter months in which we are able to use our training budget to advance our skill set or attend industry conferences.

I joined GuidePoint after leaving a much larger company. I became frustrated with the office politics and bureaucratic red tape that prevented any change or innovation. I am so happy I left. GuidePoint has been such a breath of fresh air and I enjoy working again. While GPS is still a small (but quickly growing) firm, they have put all the right tools and processes in place for a successful business. We have a great reputation in the security world and have grown primarily through internal employee networks and word of mouth. Besides a great culture, there are 100% employer paid health for employees, a primarily virtual environment, and super flexible work schedule.
