      Great pay and I was told I could work from home. Benefits are just okay.

      I left a great company with people I loved working and amazing benefits to be a Splunk engineer. Worst career move ever! I am really just an overpaid sales consultant. What a waste of my technical skills. Can’t wait to leave.

      Pros

      This is a fast growing company, great place to grow your career and learn. The people that work here are truly amazing. The benefits and perks are great, this company truly cares about their employees. Most positions are remote, which is great.

      Cons

      Most positions being remote can lead to communication bottlenecks, it's to be expected with virtual companies. Fast growth leads to growing pains, also to be expected. No other cons, feel very lucky to be working here. Great company.

      They are making alot of money

      Cons

      Unorganized and blinded my $$$. No real support network for training new employees. Given your computer and told to fend for yourself. Was told that I would get support and training, that did not happen. Was never given any true direction.
