This is an amazing place to work! I'm probably the most junior person on my entire team and I don't think I could have had better treatment and respect if I would have been hired as the CEO. Absolutely no egos or micromanagement, people are all willing to help each other and the "no jerks" philosophy is real and not just another corporate slogan.

Strong company culture - we work hard and are rewarded for it. Consulting is not your typical 9-5 job but the company offers many perks such as remote work and flexibility which is great especially if you have a young family. Interesting projects with clients across a wide array of industries. Very cohesive team which starts from the top down. Always know that I can count on my coworkers, managers, directors and the partners. As with any consulting position the job can get extremely busy at times but this is all relative and balances out with lighter months in which we are able to use our training budget to advance our skill set or attend industry conferences.

All positions are remote. Fast paced, growing company. Excellent customer base. Regional sales teams are personable and hardworking.

My team and director are great, but it seems like what team you are on really matters.
