Culture and the ability to own your own 'business' within the organisation.

Cons

Guidebook is fairly small, so if you're looking for a large organisation with lots of people and opportunity to move around, you won't find that here currently.

Pros

- Very open culture - you can see all of the projects that are going on and easily ask team members questions - A lot of freedom to share ideas and experiment - Willing to invest in training and development - Great perks - weekly lunches, team activities, global celebrations for things like Pi day - A team that I actually enjoy spending time with

Cons

- It can be quite intense. Worth the effort but wouldn't be a fit for those that just want a simple 9-5 job
