This company doesn’t have any good qualities.

Cons

Employees of Guidehouse are overworked and underpaid. The workplace is exhausting, so most employees are stressed and drained. Despite the demanding and stressful work environment, the leadership doesn’t even bother to provide us with fair compensation. Avoid this company for your own good.

Pros

We all try though things seemed impossible.

Cons

They have this list of things to achieve to get a pay raise and I think it's ridiculous! First of all, it's unreasonable due to the huge workload no one could get things done within the deadline! Second, we don't get management support and we're always understaffed. And lastly, we're all too stressed and exhausted to even think about achieving anything on that list!
