Pros

Incredible growth opportunities - Guidehouse has an entrepreneurial spirit and welcomes new ideas for continuous improvement. They invest in their people and want you to stay and grow. They pay for certifications, offer PMP prep courses and change management courses which are integral to consulting. Very little to no travel required as most of our clients are local.

Cons

Parental leave is way behind competitor companies that Guidehouse likes to think we are on par with. Healthcare premiums are pricey. The company is currently undergoing big changes that have caused some disruption in internal staffing, so it can be hard to get HR or accounting support.

Pros

There are lots of opportunities to work on different projects and great people to work with.

Cons

Since breaking off from PwC, they are rebuilding their infrastructure, and it is similar to working at a start-up company
