Fairly minimal changes on a day to day level since leaving PwC Leadership seems optimistic about growth

Cons

Internal firm services is like working with the DMV. Timekeeping, billing, contracting, recruiting functions are so overly complex that it's a distraction from client service. Expense reporting system/policy is terrible

Cons

Typical workhorse types. Can be exhausting. You have to love this stuff. Just like anywhere else like Deloitte, Accenture or any of the big firms.
