      Good people who care about each other Good community/identity groups that host great events

      Cons

      The desperation to compete with the big boys (Big 4) stinks of inferiority complex Mismanagement on every level General disregard for their employees Emphasis on Networking and BD, but will leave you out to dry the second you are not useful anymore "There is no war in Ba Sing Se" levels of C-Suite propaganda about the state of the company The rich keep getting richer while they strip benefits from Consultants and Senior Consultants

      Staff is hardworking and kind, interesting work depending on the account, opportunities to learn

      Cons

      Horrible leadership/C-suite that makes unilateral decisions like removing yearly bonuses with zero warning to staff. Difficult to feel valued or cared for at all here
