I have never met more abusive leaders in my entire career. Managers act like HR and the CEO are all-knowing, but good luck actually getting help when something goes wrong, it's almost funny how out of touch they are. If you enjoy being ignored while others get rewarded for office drama, you'll fit right in. Want to adjust your schedule or go back to school? Forget it, unless you enjoy begging for permission. Speaking up about problems i basically a sport here. You either get labeled "difficult" or dragged into the endless gossip loop. Accountability exists in theory only, and if you just want to do your job without the circus, prepare to feel completely unsupported.
