-Utilization rates -Low pay (comparatively) -Excessive meetings with little to no actual information provided -HR/HQ personnel stop responding if you ask too many questions or don't respond at all if you ask difficult questions -Unorganized and leadership makes promises they don't keep--especially about the integration -Corporate meetings have no value

I think it probably varies by what team you are on, but so far, I have had an excellent experience with both the teams I’ve been on. Leadership is excellent, talent and hard work are acknowledged and rewarded.

Cons

I am still not 100% on how everything work because there are multiple sectors and I think they all work a little differently.
