Pros

Supportive and approachable management, all the way up to partner level and executive. Great pay. Unlimited PTO/sick. Parental leave. Vested 401k. Affinity groups. Honestly I don’t think you could ask for more from an employer.

Cons

Big business with lots of acronyms so it takes time to catch up. And typical cons any contractor would have.
