      Pros

      I can only speak for myself when I say this but pay is good. There is great diversity in the company!

      Cons

      Health insurance sucks. You have to pay out of pocket until you reach your deductible. Leadership is not great. A lot of the people in leadership seems like they got their position because they’re good at their job but they’re not good leaders. They don’t know how to lead with empathy which is guidehouse’s motto.
