This organization has grown so quickly in five years that there hasn't been "time" to invest in operations. It's like fixing a plane while it's in the air and senior leadership doesn't mind telling you that. It's constant change and upheaval. The processes are horrible!!! You struggle to do your job on a daily basis. People are afraid to speak up because there's been so much constant change they're afraid of losing their jobs.
