      Pros

      Showed loyalty during the pandemic by not laying people off when many competitors did. Great people, opportunities across many practices, lots of autonomy in many roles

      Cons

      Mediocre pay and benefits in comparison to competitors, hard to network into other practices; fairly generic, one-off PD opportunities that don’t tie into projects unless you (again) network your way into them.

      Pros

      Some teams are terrible and some are great so the key is being hired onto the right one. Don't take all of these great and/or bad reviews at face value - know that everyone's experience is deeply based on what team they are on. This is a good place to advance though if you're willing to put up with some of the BS, learn some skills and jargon and then take the promotion or prestige with a new job elsewhere.

      Cons

      There are a lot of issues being owned by private equity and benefits being cut often. Also it feels people are in and out the door often.
