Pros
Not that many. Lots of hiring, but they have wide pay bands that are not thoroughly researched. Their market research on pay is way off (low) even though they say it is thoroughly done.
Cons
Doesn't care about its employees and if they burn themselves out. Employees are in a revolving door and they feel can replaced easily. Turnover is very high. IT systems are absolutely terrible and you can't get good assistance from the help desk. Company cares about nothing other than "gross margin" and everyone must be responsible for tracking it and exceeding it. Money and profit are the bottom line here and nothing else matters.
