The benefits package was decent.

Cons

Communication was nonexistent unless you were in the inner circle. The engagement lead acted like employees didn't need to know anything until it was already decided. This left us unprepared, uninformed, and completely disconnected from the direction of our own projects. We weren't included - we were controlled.
