-flexible schedule -unlimited PTO -remote work options

Cons

-disorganized work -low salary compared to other market rates -high recent attrition Generally very disorganized and chaotic work within my team. Every time someone leaves the team, it gets even harder to keep up with no end in sight. There has been no direction from leadership as to how we will adapt to the high attrition rate and restructuring of our team. Most people I know were only told they were valued after they put in their 2 weeks.

Great pay, flexible schedule, great insurance, great equipment. My immediate supervisor is the best boss I’ve ever had in my entire life.

Cons

Unless you use vacation time you won’t get paid if there is any IT downtime on the company side. You can claim 30 mins of downtime but after that you have to punch out until the issue(s) get fixed. As of 3/2022 there isn’t enough ED work to get my full time hours. If not for COVID this likely wouldn’t be an issue
