The people are the best, and much a surprise for an organization this large.

Cons

There is a lot of legacy from the PwC days, much of it is good but some is no longer applicable and many create barriers that I have never seen in other companies in the software space. Navigating these obstacles is possible, and people are willing to help if you know who to reach out to and when.
