Pros

You truly get what you put into this company. If you want a promotion you just speak up and your team helps put you on that promotion path. Then it's just up to you, and all along the way you'll actually get to participate with upper management a good amount. I've experienced great team work here.

Cons

Not many cons to be honest. Sometimes you can find yourself between contracts which is no fun but you're still fully employed by guidehouse so you're not really effected financially.
