I have found the professional atmosphere to be challenging, as interactions with colleagues are often discourteous. Furthermore, I feel that the supervision style is overly critical, with frequent threats regarding job security that create an unnecessary level of stress. Regarding professional development, the training period of less than one week is insufficient for the responsibilities of the role. Being placed on the phones without adequate preparation is difficult, and my attempts to seek guidance or ask clarifying questions have been met with frustration rather than support. I believe these issues need to be addressed to improve the overall workplace culture and operational efficiency. I look forward to your response on how we can resolve these matters.
