      Pros

      -Lots of diverse projects -Some Partners and middle managers care about your long-term career outlook

      Cons

      -Pay not competitive with competitors -Too silo'd. Once you are aligned to an account/practice, it's very difficult to transfer out -Most middle managers are completely inept and lack soft skills. (especially the CPAs). -No clear guidance on Trainings/L&D opportunities. There is no formal training portal to take the required trainings for credentials... no signs of obtaining reimbursement either. -Lots of talent leaving. The same talent is being replaced by lower-quality resources.

      Pros

      So far it has been a great experience. I have definitely noticed that the leadership (partner level) takes interest in your development. It’s a no-nonsense environment but that is what makes a good professional services company.

      Cons

      The only con right now is because of the spin off from PWC to Guidehouse, there are a lot of infrastructure items that need to be developed but I see that the teams are working to get them done. Plus it is nothing short of amazing how quickly they were able to get all vital systems up and running.
