Love the passionate smart people. Flexibility - I can go to an office but there’s no requirement, so I get to travel + work remotely a lot within the continental US.

Cons

We follow the money and federal policy. Our projects aligned with the Biden administration before, now they sympathize more with Trump’s voting base. Also pay is below industry average and office culture varies GREATLY between offices.
